Terms and Conditions:

1.  Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash or credit.

2.  Gift certificate sales are final and non-refundable.

3.  Services purchased that exceed the value of the tendered gift certificate will require an additional payment for the balance due.

4.  Gift certificates containing an expiration date may be used towards a service after expiration but at the purchased value.  This may result in additional payment for the balance due.

5.  Gift certificates or massage packages purchased with a promotional rate are valid for 13 months from purchase.  Any unused paid value may be used towards a purchase after 13 months. All paid values are subject to a dormant fee and may expire 5 years from date of purchase.

6. The purchase or use of a gift certificate means your acceptance to the above terms and conditions.

7.  Gift certificates purchased for a non-current client may be referred to the Kula Heart Yoga & Wellness, LLC location.

8.  Additional fees may be added for credit card transactions.
